To ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience, we work with some of India’s leading courier partners, logistics providers cover most major cities across the country.
If your shipping address is located in a remote or rural area, we recommend sharing your PIN code with us before placing your order. Deliveries to Outside Delivery Areas (ODA) may attract additional courier charges, and any applicable fees will be communicated to you in advance.
What is the expected delivery timeline?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 days after confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 6–10 days, depending on your location.
Although we make every eƯort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If this happens, there’s no need to worry. You can contact our support team for the latest update on your order, and we will also keep you informed whenever possible.
Are there any shipping fees or hidden costs?
Standard shipping is free of charge. During checkout, once you enter your delivery PIN code, we will confirm whether delivery is available to your location. If your address falls under an Outside Delivery Area (ODA) and additional courier charges apply, we will notify you before processing your order.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking ID on the respective courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment and check its delivery status in real time.
