At Trosta, we are committed to providing durable, ergonomic, and high-quality products designed to enhance your comfort and productivity. While every product undergoes strict quality checks, we provide a warranty to protect you against rare manufacturing defects.
1. Warranty Coverage
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only – defects in material, workmanship, or functionality that affect safe and intended use.
- Products Warranty: 1 Year
2. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact Trosta Customer Care via intactseatingsystem@gmail.com or +91 70690 31414. Submit order number and evidence (photos/videos). Our team will verify the claim within 2-3 working days.
If approved:
- Defective parts such as wheels, hydraulic system, base, and mechanism are covered for 1 year.
- Only replacement parts may be shipped. All defective parts replaced under warranty must be returned to Trosta.
3. What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (fabric, mesh, leather, cushion flattening).
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, rough usage, or neglect.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Use of non-original accessories/parts.
- Cosmetic changes (fading, discoloration, scratches, wrinkles, & Corrosion).
- Accidental or consequential damages caused by external factors.
4. Important Terms
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
- Repairs or servicing under warranty can be done only by Trosta or authorized service centres.
- Trosta reserves the right to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent part at its discretion.
- Policy terms may change without prior notice, but existing claims will be honored under the policy active at the time of registration.
